Inner Stillness

The noise around us is constant and unappetizing. It fills our heads with volume but also an absurd nothingness. The noise is without meaning but it degrades our senses and thoughts.

Center your mind and let silence wash away the noise. Dive deeper within and stay there, like a diver swimming deep below the sea. Breath and think only of breathing. Be aware of your heartbeat, your body, and and your flowing thoughts. Stay down deep and enjoy the peace.

When you come back see how different you are from the world around you and never forget that. Pass through this world and know the difference. Savor it and let it take you wherever it chooses.
